Jarrod Poxon, CSM, MBA is a Defence capability specialist with more than 23 years of military and consulting experience. His expertise spans Mission Engineering, autonomous systems, capability development, strategic advisory, modelling and simulation, experimentation and digital command and control.
Jarrod has supported the development of Defence capability concepts, operational frameworks and assurance approaches across Navy, Joint Force and Government environments. He is recognised for his ability to translate complex operational and technical challenges into practical, evidence-based solutions that support informed decision-making and capability outcomes.
